Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data ErotikMaps collects when you visit the site, create an account, list a venue or contact us, why we use it, who processes it for us and how to exercise your rights. It covers www.erotikmaps.com and its translated versions.

Who is responsible

ErotikMaps LLC, a company registered in Costa Rica, publishes www.erotikmaps.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to office@erotikmaps.com.

What we collect and why

• When you browse. Our servers and our network provider receive your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. We derive your approximate country and city from your IP address to show venues and banners for your area, and keep that location in a temporary cache for at most one day. If you let your browser share your exact position for a near me search, the coordinates are only used to find nearby venues and are not stored. Error and security logs record IP addresses to keep the site safe.
• Audience measurement. Google Analytics and DataFast measure visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We use these figures to see which pages help visitors.
• Accounts. Member and business accounts store your name, your email address and your password in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. Members can save a wishlist and a private client profile (preferences, budget, contact details, photo), which stays in the account and is not published.
• Venue listings. When you add or edit a venue, we store what you send: venue name, address, phone and messenger numbers, email, website, social links, opening hours, prices, description and photos, and the IP address the form was sent from. Most of it is published on the venue page, since that is the purpose of a listing. Owners can also publish profiles of their masseuses (name, short biography, specialties, languages, photo), which requires the agreement of the person shown.
• Proof of ownership. To confirm that you manage a venue, we send a one-time code to the venue's phone number by SMS or to its email address, you message us on WhatsApp, we check a badge on the venue's website, or a person reviews the explanation and documents you upload.
• Companionship profiles. A GFE or sugar baby profile holds what you choose to publish: name, age, physical description, biography, rates, contact details, availability, the services you offer and photos. Some of these details concern your sex life, a special category of data under the GDPR: we process them because you choose to publish them, and you can delete the profile at any time. Deleting a profile removes it from the site; to have its photos erased from our servers as well, write to us. Sugar daddy profiles can include income and net worth ranges and are never shown publicly.
• Reviews. A review stores the name you sign with, your rating and text, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to limit abuse. Reviews are screened by software and moderated by our team before publication. The name and text you post become public.
• Messages and requests. The contact form sends us your name, email address, phone number, subject and message by email. It is not stored in our database, but the name, email address and subject appear in our server logs. The advertising request form and the feedback form on venue pages store your name, email address, phone number, message, the images you attach and your IP address.
• Assistants. Elena, the chat assistant that helps visitors find a venue, and Tom, the assistant that helps owners list one, store the conversation, a session identifier, the page you were on and your approximate city and country. What you give Tom (contact details, photos, documents) is kept to build your listing. The text of Elena conversations is erased after 90 days.
• Paid plans. Gold and Silver plans are paid on a separate checkout website run by our billing partner. Your card details are typed there and never reach ErotikMaps. For invoices we keep the customer's name, email address and billing address, and the card brand with its last four digits.

Legal bases

• Running the service you asked for (account, listing, verification, paid plan): performance of a contract.
• Publishing venue information, keeping the site secure, preventing spam and fraud, moderating content and measuring the audience: our legitimate interests. You can object to these uses at any time.
• Profile details about your sex life: your explicit consent, given when you publish the profile. You withdraw it by deleting the profile.
• Invoices and accounting records: our legal obligations.

Who processes data for us

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run parts of the service:

• Hosting and delivery: OVH (our servers, in France), Cloudflare (content delivery and protection) and Backblaze (backups).
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics and DataFast.
• Email: Resend and Elastic Email send our emails. Contact form messages arrive in a Google mailbox.
• SMS verification codes: MsgRush.
• Artificial intelligence: DeepSeek answers the chat assistants, helps moderate reviews and write profile descriptions, and translates the pages of the translated versions of the site, including the public text on them such as published reviews. OpenAI can process messages sent to the listing assistant. Google Gemini, through OpenRouter, looks at venue photos to choose the cover image of a listing.
• Maps: Mapbox (map on the homepage) and Google Maps (map on venue pages).
• Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA on the contact and advertising forms.
• Error monitoring: Sentry receives technical error reports, which can include details of the request where the error happened.
• Location: when our network provider cannot tell us your country, your IP address is sent to an IP location service (ip-api.com).
• Page resources: fonts, scripts and flag icons load from Google Fonts and public content networks (cdnjs, jsDelivr, the jQuery CDN, flagcdn), which receive your IP address.
• Embedded content: YouTube and Vimeo videos, and a live chat by Tidio on some city pages, follow their own privacy policies.
• Team alerts: our team receives internal notifications through Telegram, which can include the email address of an account.
• Partner websites: venue information published here can also appear on partner directory websites.

Links to other sites, such as live cam sites, lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Transfers outside Europe

ErotikMaps LLC is based in Costa Rica, and several providers above process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States and, for DeepSeek, in China. The data protection law of these countries can offer less protection than European law.

How long we keep data

• Accounts, listings and profiles: as long as they exist. When you ask us to erase them, we do, except what the law requires us to keep.
• Elena conversation text: 90 days.
• Error logs with IP addresses: 30 days. Server logs: 14 days.
• One-time verification codes: 15 minutes.
• Backups: daily database backups for 7 days, weekly full backups for 3 weeks.
• Messages, ownership claims, feedback and advertising requests: as long as needed to handle them and keep a record of the exchange.
• Invoices: as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies and browser storage

ErotikMaps sets the cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie, a security token against forged requests (XSRF-TOKEN) and, if you choose to stay signed in, a remember-me cookie. Google Analytics and DataFast use their own cookies or identifiers to measure visits. Your browser also keeps, in its local storage, the confirmation that you are over 18 and the session identifiers of the chat assistants. Read the cookie policy za više.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to limit or stop its use (audience measurement included), to send you a copy in a portable format, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Write to office@erotikmaps.com, if possible from the email address linked to your account or listing, and say what you want. We may ask you to prove that the data is yours. We answer within one month. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Venues and people listed without an account

Our team adds some venues from publicly available business information, such as the venue's own website or public business profiles. If you run a listed venue, or you appear in a listing or a photo, you can ask us to correct it, to hide a photo or to remove the listing at office@erotikmaps.com. A venue removed at its request is not added again. Copyright claims follow the DMCA procedure.

Adults only

ErotikMaps is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger. If you think a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to personal data is limited to the team members who need it.
