Opening hours and appointment rules

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00. It is closed on Sunday. Reservations are made on the same day only, starting from 08:30, and must be scheduled at least one hour before arrival. Callers must show their caller ID when dialing. Cancellations can only be submitted by phone, and any cancellation made within two hours of the appointment requires paying the full rate at the subsequent visit.
